HVAC Project Manager for Commercial Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial HVAC projects from start to finish, with extensive experience in office buildouts, car dealerships, multi-family developments, restaurants, and similar commercial applications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.

• Review plans, specifications, and submittals while ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.

• Handle change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting.

• Ensure job site safety and quality control at all times.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project management.

• Strong background in office buildouts, car dealerships, multi-family, restaurants, and related commercial projects.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
