Construction Project Coordinator

Halco Mechanical is seeking to fill a position for a construction Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and development of service & construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project work plans to meet project schedules set by GC's (General Contractors), acquiring and presenting submittals to the GC's for approval, Verifying and developing project schedules, & scopes of work to ensure accurate information is provided to our estimators. Interacting with client's to ensure effective and consistent communication regarding project schedule and identified completion dates, Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Assisting owner and accounting with designated administrative duties along with Internet research, update company website and social media accounts as required.

Daily Responsibilities:

You will be Requesting bidding plans and specifications, contacting vendors and subcontractors for quotes, preparing contracts, quotes, change orders, purchase orders, city permits, and project submittals along with being able to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines and processing invoices, overdue statements, account adjustments & data entry,

Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience as construction coordination. Previous experience in a general contractors office, plumbing, electrical or air conditioning contractor's office would be fantastic.
