HVAC Office worker
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a reliable and organized office worker to join our small in-home HVAC company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, wants to grow with the company, and can manage day-to-day office tasks with professionalism, a positive attitude, and enjoys dogs. Needs to communicate effectively with clients and technicians at all levels. Needs to juggle multiple schedules. Staying on top of daily and long-term plans. Strong organizational skills are crucial to prevent work from piling up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and record keeping.
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Assist with client communications.
- Maintain organized office systems & supplies
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians
- Managing customer communications
- Handling billing, invoicing, and payments on system programs (quick books and service fusion)
- Maintain inventory and make monthly payments to venders
- Preparing documents on word

Qualifications:
