We are Hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Talladega County, AL

Pay Rate: $70,000 - $120,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

• Provide service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Excellent customer service
• Make recommendations and educate customers on indoor air quality
• Participating in company-paid training

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA universal Certificate
• 2 + years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician or a combination of education and experience
• Experience making repair and /or replacement Installation decisions
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift and carry 50lbs
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desired
