Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and sell jobs
- Identify and address maintenance risks on HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services.
- Clean condensate lines and maintain condenser and evaporator coils.
- Clear drain pans and ensure proper drainage line functionality.
- Learn to sell ancillary products, such as indoor air quality solutions, with training and support provided to develop your sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and develop upselling skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, twist, bend, and carry 60-70 lbs
- Previous experience in residential HVAC or a related field is but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces.
- Strong time management skills.
Compensation:
- Pay per job - 8%-12% based on job sold and worked
