Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including filters, belts, coils, and electrical components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic system issues and make necessary repairs
• Inspect and test system performance using specialized tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training
• 1+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance or related field
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
• Able to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
