Experienced Lead Installers

Position Summary: We are seeking HVAC Lead Installers/Project Managers who can lead a team to install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Pay: Varies - Depends on Experience. Includes Opportunity for Performance Bonuses.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with Overtime Opportunities

Reports To: Install Manager

Required Qualifications:
• Able to pass drug and background check
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Arrive and be ready to start work on time each day
• Positive and encouraging attitude
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
• Ability to lift and carry 100lbs
• EPA Certification
