SouthSota One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our top-tier team! If you take pride in your craftsmanship, value customer satisfaction, and want to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment we want to meet you.

What Youll Do:

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, air exchangers, boilers, and more
  
  
• Ensure all installs meet code, safety, and quality standards
  
  
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
  
  
• Train and guide install apprentices as needed
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  
  
• EPA Certification is required
  
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
