HVAC Lead Installer

We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Provide training and guidance to junior installers on best practices
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Certification in HVAC is a plus
