Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air is a fast-growing company looking to hire a ROCK STAR HVAC Lead Install Technician with a fun energetic personality who wants to work for a great company and grow their income!

Responsibilities for the HVAC Installers:

• By working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the companys financial goals.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, feedback, and other documentation.

Requirements for the HVAC Installers:

• Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Knowledge to install heating and air conditioning systems with a proven track record, but we will help train the right individual.
• EPA certification knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• NATE certification is a plus, but not required.
• Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year DOE
