Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 5-Star service experience by ensuring professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for the home.
- Abide by all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Install new HVAC units, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units.
- Fabricate and install ductwork systems, including sizing, cutting, and sealing ducts.
- Install refrigerant lines, perform necessary brazing and soldering connections.
- Wire electrical components and connect to power sources.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior or apprentice technicians, providing guidance on technical skills and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records by capturing detailed notes, photos, and documenting all information discussed with customers.
- Identify additional service opportunities and generate sales through system upgrades or add-ons.
- Work closely with dispatch, project coordinators, and management to ensure smooth job flow.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years HVAC Install experience .
- EPA Certification Required.
- Willing to have a flexible schedule.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Clean background.
