Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years HVAC experience
- Must have valid CA driver's license & be insurable
- Ability to communicate strongly and efficiently
- Experience in managing a team of staff
- Ability to focus on quality
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient technology skills (tablets, smart phones, ect.)
