HVAC Installer Technician

We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- St. Louis County journeyman license is a plus

In 1991, Don purchased Town & Country Climate Control Specialists from a friendly competitor who was retiring, and by 1992 he had began turning the business over to his three sons, Steve, Rick, and Mike.
