Solon Heating & Air Conditioning in Solon, IA is hiring multiple full-time HVAC Installers committed to meeting their goals, completing high-quality work, and providing excellent customer experiences. If that sounds like you, then you can earn $20.00 - $35.00/hour!
While installation experience would be great, we have an apprenticeship program to support your continued education and help you advance within the trade. We also offer benefits and perks like:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Ability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some on-call required and overtime available
- Valid driver's license
NATE certification would be but isn't required.
DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC INSTALLER
You'll be responsible for showing up to jobs on time and ready to get to work. This role will expose you to various environments and heating and cooling systems, with every day bringing something different. You can expect to:
- Accurately install heating and cooling systems and related equipment
- Install hydronics systems
- Fabricate sheet metal and install ductwork as needed
- Provide professional customer service
