What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems – furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, and outdoor units.
  
  
• Run gas lines, flue pipes, and both high and low voltage wiring.
  
  
• Braze and solder copper refrigerant lines with precision.
  
  
• Fabricate and install custom ductwork.
  
  
• Set up energy-efficient thermostats and smart controls.
  
  
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints with confidence.
  
  
• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate and fine-tune system performance.
  
  
• Apply your understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical and control circuits.
  
  
• Ensure every job is completed safely and in compliance with local and codes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and best practices.
  
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  
  
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
  
  

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay: $15.00 – $18.00/hour, based on experience.
  
  
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.
