What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable installers who bring pride, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to the job.

• Arrive as scheduled and on time

• Value customer care and communication

• Pride in your work and attention to detail

• Clean and professional appearance

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. regularly

• Comfortable crawling, bending, and working in tight spaces

• Basic tool knowledge

HVAC Installation Skills

Experience with one or more of the following is :

• Furnaces

• Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning Systems

• Mini Split Heat Pumps (including branch boxes)

• Linesets

• Duct Systems & Venting

• Gas Piping

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (flexibility with approval)

• Start Time: 7:30 AM (morning meeting & truck loading)

• Work begins at our main office in Downtown Puyallup; job sites vary across the Puget Sound

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $28–$38 per hour DOE, with contract

• Wage reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance

• PTO: 7 days after 90 days of employment

• Medical insurance available or reimbursement toward cost (partial to full coverage)

• Bonus and overtime opportunities
