Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial properties. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and fellow technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, ductwork, and thermostats

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams

  • Ensure all installations are performed to code and company standards

  • Communicate with clients to explain systems and answer basic questions

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed

  • Complete daily reports and documentation accurately


Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (apprentices considered)

  • EPA certification (Type II or Universal) strongly

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
