What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
• Replace and upgrade existing systems including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and manufacturer instructions
• Ensure all installations meet local codes and company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
• EPA Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
