Are you an experienced HVAC installer looking for a leadership role? Greater Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is looking for a full-time HVAC Installation Tech Lead to join our team. We offer competitive pay between $75,000 and $90,000/year, a company van, some provided tools, and a full benefits package. This includes:

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH LEAD
As an HVAC Installation Tech Lead, you'll travel to job sites to oversee and perform HVAC system installations. You'll lead a team of installers, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. You'll coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly. If any issues arise, you'll troubleshoot and resolve them quickly. After the installation is complete, you'll test the system, ensure it's running properly, and explain its operation to the homeowner. Keeping accurate records and following all safety protocols will also be part of your daily routine.
YOUR HOURS
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime available. You'll start your day from home and drive directly to job sites in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH LEAD
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Valid KY Journeyman HVAC License and driver's license
- Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all OSHA regulations
- References that showcase your expertise and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
