About the Role

Were looking for a dependable and experienced HVAC Installation Mechanic to join a growing team in Charlotte. This role requires hands-on installation of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial projects. Youll interpret blueprints, fabricate fittings, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and high-quality job completion.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC units, ductwork, and roof curbs
• Read and interpret job blueprints and diagrams
• Create material lists and maintain accurate jobsite records
• Coordinate installations with general contractors and other trades
• Perform jobs with a focus on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship
• Complete documentation and daily reports

Qualifications

• 36+ years of HVAC installation experience
• OSHA 10 certification (required)
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving history
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and local codes
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in tight spaces and at heights
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
