HVAC Installation Assistant, Apprentice and Helper

Start a new life long career in HVAC! Some construction experience necessary, we can train you for a rewarding career. We are looking for an HVAC Installation Assistant and Helper to join our team! You will work in the shop and onsite to assist with install, service, and repairs of gas and electric heating and air conditioning systems. We train you, we offer benefits, we get you going to be successful. Our team works together and keeps a fun atmosphere while helping our customers with their needs.

Responsibilities:

• 2 man teams installing HVAC equipment in single family homes
• Learn the techniques to retro fit gas furnace installations
• Organize Shop areas and equipment storage
• Pick up and deliver equipment for service and installation
• Build custom sheet metal fittings
• Recycling and scrap metal runs
• Maintain and stock parts for shop and trucks

Qualifications:

• No previous experience in HVAC necessary
• Must be able to work alone and not under constant supervision to stay on task
• Must have your own transportation and vehicle insurance
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
