Growth Vantage helps service members launch civilian careers through the DoD SkillBridge program. We partner with clean energy and electrification companies to provide hands-on career transition experiences. As an HVAC Install Technician Fellow, you’ll gain real-world training and experience in home electrification and climate-friendly technologies.

You must be approved for the DoD SkillBridge program to apply.

Role Overview

As an HVAC Install Technician Fellow, you’ll join a growing electrification company working on the front lines of the clean energy transition. This on-site role will train you in modern HVAC systems, heat pumps, and building science while giving you valuable field experience.

What you’ll do:

• Support experienced HVAC technicians in installing and commissioning heat pump systems

• Learn how to troubleshoot and service residential HVAC systems

• Assist with site preparation, equipment setup, and project documentation

• Gain exposure to customer interactions and field operations

• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative jobsite environment
