What You'll Do:

  • Manage the Sales team's daily schedule, adjusting throughout the day to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the Install Manager
  • Maintain the company calendar and track sales activity in our software and reporting tools
  • Communicate with the sales team throughout the day via phone, text, and email
  • Call or email customers to confirm appointments, provide arrival updates, or notify them of schedule changes
  • Coordinate with the Install Manager and warehouse to input equipment details into customer profiles
  • Handle warranty registrations, rebate submissions, and customer paperwork in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow established company procedures
  • Assist with phone coverage, data entry, scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
