Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead mechanic with the complete installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, drains, line sets, venting, low voltage wiring, gas piping, and accessories
• Regularly work in attics and crawl spaces, climb ladders to rooftops, and work outdoors. Ability to handle and utilize ladders and company tools
• Provide clear communication to customers or contractors regarding job details and progress
• Follow all safety protocols, company regulations, and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly
• Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely completion of necessary paperwork
• Deliver outstanding customer service that guarantees high levels of customer satisfaction
• Represent the company positively through professionalism, attitude, and expertise
• Perform any other duties as required
