Able Heating and Air is an established HVAC company serving Culpeper and the surrounding area. We are gearing up for summer and have an opening for an entry level HVAC installer to join our team.

This is an entry level position where you will be assisting with residential installs. As your skills and knowledge increase so will your pay. Many HVAC installers make up to $70,000 a year - without a college degree!

This is a physical job. You will be crawling in attics and under buildings. You will be exposed to extreme heat and cold. While the work is hard, the rewards are tremendous. This is a high demand industry in which you can build a career.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00/HR

Benefits: Medical Premium 50% paid by employer for employee, paid vacation, paid training opportunities, retirement options.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• HVAC training or some install experience
• In lieu of training or experience we will consider mechanical or other technical experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Must be reliable and available to work overtime during peak seasons
