Job Title: HVAC Installer

Primary Job Function:

Under the direct supervision of the Lead Installer or Project Manager, the HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing HVAC systems to meet quality and performance standards.
• Reporting to work on time and ready to contribute each day.
• Following all safety guidelines to ensure a secure job site.
• Safely operating hand and power tools to complete installation tasks.
• Working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, as required.
• Maintaining clear verbal communication with the Project Manager throughout the workday.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to reliably commute to job sites.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Prior HVAC experience ( but not required).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 30 – 45 per week
