The Role
As General Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a growing team, and drive business performance in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in operations, sales, and team management who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, office staff, and sales personnel.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Manage P&L for the Orlando branch, driving profitability and efficiency.

• Implement growth strategies, including sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor KPIs, set performance goals, and hold the team accountable.

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

• Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in HVAC, home services, or a related industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.

• Proven track record in operations management, sales growth, and profitability.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and service operations is strongly .

• Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
