Pay Range: $39/hr to $44/hr depending on experience

Position: Field Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage field operations, ensuring HVAC installations and services are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with office staff and customers to schedule and manage project timelines effectively.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues in the field.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a seamless workflow.

Working Hours: Regular hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Some overtime may be needed depending on the season.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC services.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the HVAC industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Desired Qualifications:

• NATE Core Certification (If you do not have your NATE Certification, we offer reimbursement for those who obtain their certification).
• Experience working with Lennox products.
