We are looking for an experienced Multi-Family HVAC Estimator to plan a wide range of AC/Heating projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have experience estimating HVAC projects. We work on multifamily and residential projects. Compensation based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years experience in Multi-Family HVAC estimating
• Experience with estimation software is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• A team player with leadership abilities

Responsibilities :

• Estimate projects with general contractors
• Negotiate equipment and materials with vendors to obtain best pricing
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with
• Prepare detailed reports
