Job Overview: Noco Holdings LLC is expanding and seeking a driven HVAC Estimator to support our growth in the commercial construction space. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to estimate labor, materials, equipment, and installation costs for HVAC and associated systems. As a key player in our preconstruction process, you will work closely with our ownership and sales teams to produce accurate and competitive project proposals. Your insights will directly influence our project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide complete estimating services for HVAC scopes, from plan review to final bid submission.
• Collaborate with owners and the sales team to determine accurate labor, material, and installation costs.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and ITBs to fully understand project scope.
• Identify risks and ensure competitive, well-documented pricing.
• Prepare and submit detailed proposal and bid packages.
• Generate RFIs to clarify scope gaps and design discrepancies with general contractors, architects, or engineers.
• Maintain strong communication with material vendors and internal project managers.
• Perform site visits as needed to ensure field conditions are considered in estimates.
• Support project rollout and handoff to the operations team for seamless execution.
• Track and evaluate competitive pricing to inform estimating strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in construction estimating, with HVAC-specific experience strongly .
• Proficient in blueprint and construction drawing interpretation.
• Familiar with HVAC systems, installation methods, and materials.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Critical thinker with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience with digital takeoff tools, plan rooms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable, self-directed, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong vendor and client relationship management in commercial or multifamily sectors is a plus.
