Paradigm Mechanical Corporation is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. With over 15 years serving Southern California’s mechanical needs—and now with major multi-year NAVFAC contracts—this is your chance to step into a role that blends technical expertise with the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in job walks and pre-bid meetings to fully understand project scope.
• Analyze each project as a challenge—develop creative, competitive solutions.
• Review plans, specifications, and perform material takeoffs.
• Source, evaluate, and confirm vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Assemble and present accurate, professional proposals for new and existing clients.
• Estimate JOC and MACC projects ranging from $500K to $5M.
• Utilize estimating tools such as FASTEst, RS Means, and Excel.
