Job Description

Job: HVAC Engineer\n\nLocation: Commercial (Mainly North West London)\n\nSalary: up to £50,000\n\nI am seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join my clients growing team, working across commercial contracts in North West London, with the majority of work based around Hounslow.\n\nThis is a field-based role focused primarily on maintenance, with some involvement in small works and remedial projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems\n\n * Work on a range of equipment including:\n\n * Air Handling Units (AHUs)\n\n * Air Conditioning systems\n\n * Gas boilers\n\n * Pumps and pressure units\n\n * Undertake small works and remedial tasks as required\n\n * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently\n\n * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with compliance requirements\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in a commercial environment\n\n * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, AC units, boilers, pumps, and pressure systems\n\n * F-Gas certification (essential)\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nPackage\n\n * Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum\n\n * Company van provided\n\n * Travel time: 1 hour each way included
