HVAC Engineer in EC1

Job DescriptionLocation: Mobile role split between ICR Sutton (3 days/week) and ICR Chelsea (2 days/week) Pay Rate: £20.64 PAYE Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch). Role includes participation in an on-call rota. Responsible for delivering PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) as the primary focus, alongside some M&E works. Duties include general PPMs and repairs to air conditioning, refrigeration, and AHUs, plus mechanical maintenance to site assets. Qualifications & Experience Essential: F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or City & Guilds equivalent) Completed apprenticeship in Air Conditioning maintenance Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience Proven technical experience in a similar HVAC/AC role Experience using a CAFM system Strong Facilities Management background and track record Team-working experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Clean driving licenceDesirable: PASMA & IPAF certification IET 18th EditionIf interested please apply with your cv or contact Rocio (phone number removed) --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of , , , belief, race, sexuality or .
