Job DescriptionHVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer Chelsea and Sutton, London | £20.64 per hour PAYE | Temporary with a view to permanent We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider on a mobile contract covering two research sites in Chelsea (SW3) and Sutton. This is a temporary role starting ASAP and running through to the end of October. For the right person, the role will go into a permanent position. The role You'll be delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across air conditioning, refrigeration and AHU assets, with some mechanical and M&E works alongside it. Your week will normally split three days at Sutton and two days at Chelsea. Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch, 40 hours a week. There may be occasional shift, late or weekend cover, which is paid at an additional shift allowance, and the role forms part of the on-call rota.
