Mobile HVAC Engineer – Hard FM Services\n\nLocation: Cambridgeshire & Surrounding Areas\nSalary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card + On-Call + Overtime + Excellent Benefits\nHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00\nContract: Permanent, Full-Time\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re seeking a skilled Mobile AC / Refrigeration Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and critical environments in the Cambridgeshire region. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and associated building services plant.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys a varied workload, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for overtime and progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration and air conditioning systems.\n\n * Service and repair chillers, split systems, AHUs, and BMS-controlled plant.\n\n * Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with site and statutory requirements.\n\n * Maintain accurate records and documentation for all site activities.\n\n * Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency call-outs as required.\n\n * Liaise with clients and site teams to maintain excellent working relationships.\n\nSkills, Qualifications & Experience\n\n * Proven experience in a similar mobile FM or building services role.\n\n * Refrigeration qualification (NVQ / C&G) and F-Gas / refrigerant handling certificate.\n\n * Electrical competency or qualification .\n\n * Strong understanding of H&S procedures and permit-to-work systems.\n\n * Experience with BMS and controls desirable.\n\n * Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Full UK driving licence required.\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n * Up to £45,000 DOE\n\n * Company Van & Fuel Card\n\n * On-Call & Overtime Opportunities\n\n * 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays\n\n * Flexible Benefits Package & Wellbeing Support\n\n * Training, Upskilling & Career Progression\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer to join a respected FM provider working across a stable client portfolio offering long-term security, professional development, and excellent earning potential
