THE BASICS

Pay: With a competitive pay range of $18 - $20 per hour, this is your chance to be part of a great company that values your contributions!

Schedule: You'll be engaging with customers and technicians Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, in our lively office environment.

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this dispatching role, your day begins with a flurry of phone calls, and you're right there answering, ready to tackle whatever comes your way! As you dispatch service calls to our talented technicians, you'll also be their go-to support, providing essential information to ensure our customers are always satisfied. Throughout the day, you'll juggle tasks with ease while keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• 2 years of customer service
• 1 year of HVAC knowledge
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
• HVAC Portal experience is a plus
  

Employees are expected to work in the following markets, alongside Lawrenceville:

• Winder, GA 30680
• Lilburn, GA 30047
