A growing HVAC and Construction group is seeking a phone and light email Customer Service Coordinator.

Duties include:

  • Provide Customer Service via phone (and light email) to customers
  • Answer questions and determine next steps, escalate to Dispatch if needed
  • Check on any issues that may escalate and ensure clients service needs are met

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years customer serviceĀ 
  • Experience with residential trades call center or customer service- plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Alarm System, etc
  • Able to work a 10 am-7 pm shift
