A growing HVAC and Construction group is seeking a phone and light email Customer Service Coordinator.
Duties include:
- Provide Customer Service via phone (and light email) to customers
- Answer questions and determine next steps, escalate to Dispatch if needed
- Check on any issues that may escalate and ensure clients service needs are met
Qualifications:
- 2+ years customer serviceĀ
- Experience with residential trades call center or customer service- plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Alarm System, etc
- Able to work a 10 am-7 pm shift
