HVAC Controls Engineer\n\nWarwick - Commutable (with site travel)\n\n£50,000-£60,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday\n\nAre you an experienced HVAC Controls Engineer looking to take ownership of projects from survey through to commissioning and handover?\n\nOn offer is an opportunity to join a growing controls and energy management specialist delivering BMS and EnMS solutions across commercial, healthcare and facilities environments.\n\nThis role combines technical delivery, project management and client engagement, working on Trend and Niagara-based systems to optimise building performance and energy efficiency.\n\nThe Role\n\nDeliver BMS and EnMS projects from survey to handover\nStay aways roughly 1 week per month\nCommission, programme and optimise control systems\nDiagnose faults and improve plant performance\nProduce technical documentation and reports\nCoordinate contractors, suppliers and site activities\n\nThe Person\n\n5+ years' BMS experience\nTrend IQ and/or Tridium Niagara 4 experience\nStrong HVAC controls knowledge\nProject delivery experience\nFull UK driving licenceRise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.\n\nThe salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
