We are seeking an experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our growing team. We service both residential and commercial equipment across all major brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career within our company. We offer a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with ongoing training to ensure our technicians stay up-to-date on the latest industry technologies. Paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 5-years experience in HVAC or other related fields.
  • Must have an active refrigeration license in MA or RI.
  • Must have OSHA 10.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

 

Service technician must have the ability to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Must be able to handle daily responsibilities and complete projects with fine detail. Company van will be provided for qualified candidate.

Must have experience with servicing commercial equipment such as -

  • Roof Top Units 5-100 tons
  • Chillers up to 300 tons.
  • Make-Up Air Units.
  • Cooling Towers.
  • Dry Coolers.
  • VRF Systems.
  • Water Source Heat Pumps.
  • VAV/Fan Powered Boxes.
  • Gas Boilers.
  • Variable Frequency Drives.
  • Pneumatic Controls.
  • Read Mechanical Drawings.
  • Commercial Building Control Systems.
