POSITION SUMMARY

Howard Services is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Techs  to join our team! Technician will be focusing on Industrial and light commercial service work. Besides your normal duties, you would lead the other techs and apprentices with technical support and mentoring. Apply Now!!!

WORK HOURS (Approximate)

7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Some overtime, evenings, weekends and light travel as needed.

PAY SCALE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and repairing  air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• On the job training and mentoring of junior techs and apprentices.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Including but not limited to)

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT!
• At least five years of experience in the HVAC field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Pass drug test (we are a drug free workplace)
• Clean MVR (must be insurable)
