Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.

• Prepare and present detailed proposals, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and industry trends is a plus.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
