Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Coating and Assembly/Disassembly Technician Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying specialized coatings to HVAC components, assembling and disassembling HVAC systems, and performing quality control checks to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply specialized coatings (e.g. paint, powder coat, epoxy) to HVAC components using various methods (e.g. spray, dip, brush)

- Assemble and disassemble HVAC units

- Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly and coating

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality products

- Troubleshoot and repair coating and assembly issues

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to meet production goals

Requirements:*

- 1 years of experience in HVAC assembly, disassembly, and coating

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Experience with coating methods and materials

- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods
