WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE IN THIS HVAC CALL-BY-CALL MANAGER - SERVICING SUPERVISOR ROLE?
As the HVAC Service Manager, you begin your day with a strategic focus, thoroughly reviewing the service call schedule to ensure your technicians are well-prepared and equipped for their assignments. You conduct check-ins with each team member, underscoring the critical importance of diligently following every job step and effectively presenting options to our clients. Throughout the day, you actively oversee their progress, providing targeted guidance and support as needed, while also monitoring the profitability of service operations.
You consistently identify opportunities for implementing cost-saving measures without sacrificing the quality of service. As service requests come in, you adeptly manage the dispatching process, ensuring that each customer receives timely and efficient attention. At the close of the day, you take pride in the knowledge that you have fostered a dedicated and motivated service team committed to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Upon joining our air conditioning company, you can expect to work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
