Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. Earn competitive pay without a college degree or student debt!  As an apprentice, you will earn a paycheck while learning on the job under licensed technicians, learning skills that translate into long-term job security.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technician with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Learn proper use of tools, testing equipment, and materials
• Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and local codes
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers
• Complete required training and certifications

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in the HVAC trade
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
• Clean, professional appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
• Obtain RMGA and EPA certification
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a background check
