HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

We are in search of a proficient HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Be on call for emergency services once per month

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC or related fields
• Universal EPA 608 certification required
• Connecticut HVAC license
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workloads effectively
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record/history
