Clark Services, a family-owned HVAC company serving Delaware since 1997, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Youll play a key part in keeping our operations organized and customers happy.
What Youll Do:

• Support management with projects and daily operations
• Answer phones and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls
• Assist with billing, emails, and general office communication
• Help with social media and light marketing tasks

Who Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as an assistant or in an administrative role
• Strong customer service skills
• Dispatching experience ( but not required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset
• Open to feedback and eager to grow with the company
