Human Resources Project Manager

We are currently seeking an interim HR Project Manager, to work with our global FMCG client, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey (2-3 days per week onsite and remainder of the week remotely) with travel to Blackfriars as required. This is a full-time temporary role to last for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £59,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. Context Be part of the world’s most successful, purpose-led business. Unilever’s Cyber Security organization is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for protecting the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of our Information and Operations. Our Cyber Security organization runs a 24x7 Security Operations Centre, oversees a robust Security Architecture and associated technology landscape, provides Cyber Security Solution Engineering and Risk Advisory to our business, and assesses the security of our vast technology estate, including factories, to name but a few areas. Cyber Security sits as part of the Business Operations organisations, as a peer to Unilever Technology and Data functions and the broad Supply Chain agenda. Cyber Security is tasked with elevating, reporting on and influencing enterprise cyber security risk mitigation across the organisation. The CS function is made up of the Governance, Risk, Assurance, and Compliance (GRAC) team, the Tech & Ops team, the BISO teams, and the Office of the CISO. Background We are looking for an HR Project Manager with exposure in change management to work closely with the HRBP to support with the Cyber Security Foundation Expansion (CSFE) Programme. The role will report into the Global HR Business Partner – Cyber Security Responsibilities · Project manage high volume of recruitments under CSFE programme working closely with the local Talent Partners to ensure smooth progress and adherence as per the project plan · Actively anchor Cyber Security specific HR initiatives to attract, develop and retain talent · Anchoring projects and processes end to end – including but not limited to, capability initiatives, engagement initiatives, onboarding plans and talent management. · Ongoing workforce plan management in close collaboration with Global Finance BP, Directors, GHRBP and Talent Advisors across geographies. · Ongoing HR KPIs delivery tracking and management - in preparing & providing accurate information, collating & analysing data and producing clear, insightful and meaningful reports · Participation in core people initiatives under Cyber Security and wider UniOps people agenda · Support the HRBP in HR transformation projects and all Organisational Effectiveness & Analytic activities. · Support in annual HR activities such as Univoice analysis, End of Year processes, Talent forum preparation etc. · Support employee's goal setting, career development and talent card completion in Workday in order to have a Future Fit Plan for everybody. · Support in roll out of global projects as necessary. Skills & Experience This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strong talent looking for global experience in driving key new capabilities for our business. The relationships forged in this role provide incredible learning and growth opportunities as well as help develop a set of robust skills useful for any future positions. · 5+ plus years of experience in the Human Resources field, including experience in HR business partnering. · Experience using Workday and Microsoft packages including Excel · Strong analytical skills with ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferably experienced with Operational Effectiveness Assessment tools e.g. Visier, UniVoice dashboard etc. · Good knowledge of key HR processes and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle. · Ability to design & implement projects on diverse topics such as Organisational Development, Change management and Leadership development. · Collaboration skills to enable working across the global organisation and with HR partners in other geographies. · Experience with supporting business teams thrive through change & business transformation in a highly volatile, fast-pace environment. · Experience in managing (large) remote teams. · Passion for global environment, different culture and way of thinking. · Experience with talent strategy implementation and landing talent processes and initiatives · Ability to work with the senior stakeholders, drive engagement and to get work done cross-functionally and culturally · Exposure to change management in Europe would be an added advantage
