Job Title: HR Program Manager
Location: Central London (3 days on-site)
Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Hourly Rate: £40 - £45 per hour (via umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to support the design, delivery, and activation of talent products across a global organization. Reporting to the Global Talent Product Head, this role plays a key part in shaping employee, manager, and HR experiences across cyclical and non-cyclical talent programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative HR and talent programs (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, assessments)
- Develop intuitive user experiences and drive adoption across global teams
- Build and manage continuous feedback loops to improve product delivery
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders for seamless integration
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform iterations and improvements
- Create engaging documentation and training materials
- Present product roadmaps and concepts to leadership
- Deliver training to diverse global stakeholder groups
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and agile mindset
- Experience in HR or customer experience-related program design
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in HR, talent management, or program/product management roles
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking
- Experience in a matrixed, global organization
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
- No specific degree required – adaptability and attitude are key
