Are you an experienced HR professional looking to lead operational excellence? We’re seeking a proactive HR Operations Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, and HR administration for our UK & Ireland team.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping HR operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Leading a multi-skilled team, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and administration.
• Drive process improvements and champion innovative change.
• Ensure compliance with UK & Ireland employment legislation and GDPR.
• Oversee accurate payroll and benefits administration.
• Deliver employee engagement and CSR initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and other functions to integrate HR processes.
• Use data and analytics to inform evidence-based decisions.
• Lead HR projects including system upgrades, audits, and policy reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing HR operations and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment and payroll legislation.
• Skilled in HR systems and digital tools (HRIS experience essential).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse HR data and provide actionable insights.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) and degree-level education .
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused approach
