Job Title: HR Operations Manager (12–15 Month FTC)

Role: Full-time contract position
Working Arrangement: Minimum of 4 days a week in the London office

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for operational excellence in payroll, compensation, and benefits? I’m looking for an HR Operations Manager to join the London office of a leading law firm on a 12–15 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage pension administration and employee benefits programs.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR reporting and analytics.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding operations and year-end reward processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless HR services.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., SRA, Law Society).
- Coordinate compliance training and benefits communications.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Strong pensions knowledge (Aviva experience ).
- High proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (UKG ).
- Experience in law firms or professional services environments.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
