Human Resources Officer
ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Director Responsible for recruitment, payroll and MPF calculation, roster and staff relations management and performance review, etc. Maintain staff record, leaves management and attendance, etc. Formulate and review HR policies and procedures, handbooks Assist in general office administration and perform any other duties as assigned Requirements DSE / Form 5 or above Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, independent and organized Good command of both written English and Chinese Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Relevant working experience in retail industry is highly preferred
